Build Faster with Copilot Create
Copilot Create helps you build documents, images, videos, surveys, and more—just by describing what you need. Copilot handles the design and structures so you can focus on your ideas.
How to Use It
- Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat, sign in with your NU account, and confirm Enterprise Data Protection (green shield).
- Select Create from the left menu.
- Choose a content type (document, image, video, survey, etc.).
- Enter a prompt (e.g., Create a video on how to spot a phishing message).
- Review and customize using the built-in editor.
Tip: Prompt templates (the buttons above your description prompt) help you get polished results faster.
What You Can Create
- Designs: Posters, flyers, infographics, branded visuals
- Surveys: Structured surveys with smart design suggestions
- Videos: Turn prompts or PowerPoint slides into narrated videos
- Docs & Visuals: Transform existing files into polished content
- From Images (mobile): Extract text, tables, or diagrams
When to Use Copilot Chat vs. Create
- Copilot Chat: Ask questions, summarize, plan, or draft text
- Copilot Create: Produce visuals, videos, surveys, or branded outputs
Both tools can use your Microsoft 365 content and may perform brief, anonymized web searches to improve results. While they do not send full prompts, files, or user identity to Bing, avoid including sensitive and confidential information in prompts, especially when generated content may rely on public or web-based sources.
